View Planner 2.1 doesn't support View 5.2. To use View 5.2 with VP 2.1, you will need to enable a port.
To enable the port, a registry change is required. You should locate the value in the View connection server:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VMware, Inc.\VMware VDM\Node Manager\Management Port
And set it to 32111.
1. The view connection server or security server service should then be restarted.
2. VMware View Planner Agent service in View connection service needs to be restarted.
3. you can restart the vdiappd service on the harness.
Once the steps are done, you shouldn't be getting the map prefixes error.
