It is not a full blown guide like what you are looking for but the latest Administration guide has several pages of optimizations for Windows7/8. Start on page 70. It is what I am using as there are some settings in the Windows 7 guide that borks my Windows 8 VMs. I am still trying to nail which ones really works in Windows 8.
