Bassicall the command is ok, but the virtual disk name is not the one you mentioned before.

Try eiter:

vmkfstools -X 180g uk.domainname.com\ AP2-5.vmdk

or

vmkfstools -X 180g "uk.domainname.com AP2-5.vmdk"
