Aside from the fact that SliTaz isn't a supported Guest OS and considering is distribution size I doubt it even has the prerequisites necessary to even install VMware Tools.
As far as installing OpenGL in SliTaz, that is not a VMware issue per se and I'd look to the SliTaz community, if there is one, or OpenGL on Linux centric forums for help with that. As far as getting VMware Tools installed in that distro I wouldn't wast my time since there are a number of officially supported Linux distros that VMware Tools can easily be installed in.
