I don't think we officially support running multiple instances but it can easily be achieved with a batch file containing the following command
"%WINDIR%\Downloaded Program Files\infraWrapper91.exe" "http://server.domain.com/VSMInstance/ServiceManager.aspx?LOGIN&DATABASE=SystemName&USER_ID=Username&PASS_WORD=password"
