Hi Mattia,
I guess you have just imported the Users from LDAP server. But, not the groups(user groups).
Users imported will have access to the vCD (cloud org). but Groups will have access to the vapp and Catalogs.
| • Log in as system administrator • Click the Administration tab • Click Groups in the tree pane • Click the Import from LDAP button • Search for the group select the group and click Add • Click OK |
This should resolve your issue.
